Meet Daniel -
Daniel Everlith serves as Chief Operating Officer for Tactical Fire Solutions. For more than 11 years, Daniel has served as a senior fire protection technician, helping protect lives and property by inspecting, servicing, and maintaining fire extinguishers and kitchen fire suppression systems in thousands of businesses across North Texas. This year, after years of hard work and dedication, he became a first-time entrepreneur. When the company he faithfully served for more than a decade unexpectedly ceased operations, many of the customers he had cared for were left without a trusted fire protection provider. Rather than allowing those businesses to face uncertainty, Daniel began personally visiting his longtime customers to help bridge the gap and ensure their fire protection compliance continued without interruption. Today, Daniel is joined by his wife, Trisha, who manages the company's daily operations, customer support, and administrative services. Together, they are committed to providing dependable, honest, and relationship-driven fire protection services that businesses can trust.
Meet Trisha:
Trisha Everlith serves as the Owner and Operations Manager for Tactical Fire Solutions, where she oversees daily operations, customer relations, scheduling, billing, and business administration. She is passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience through clear communication, organization, and responsive service.
Before joining Tactical Fire Solutions full-time, Trisha dedicated more than 15 years to Lewisville Independent School District, where she began her career in 2010 as a cafeteria team member. Through hard work and determination, she advanced to the role of Café Manager while balancing full-time work, raising a blended family, and pursuing her college education.
Trisha earned her Associate of Arts Degree from North Central Texas College before graduating from Texas Woman's University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Education. She fulfilled a lifelong dream by becoming a middle school teacher, spending four years teaching 6th Grade Social Studies. Her dedication to students, leadership, and servant-hearted approach to education earned her the honor of being named Campus Teacher of the Year, 2026 for her school.
Daniel and Trisha have been together since 2014 and are proud parents of a blended family with four children. After years of pouring into students in the classroom, Trisha made the difficult decision to step away from education to join Daniel full-time in growing Tactical Fire Solutions. While this marks her first year away from the classroom in many years, she is excited to apply the same leadership, compassion, organization, and commitment to excellence toward serving businesses throughout North Texas.
Today, Trisha manages the day-to-day operations of Tactical Fire Solutions, ensuring customers receive timely communication, professional service, and a seamless experience from the first phone call through project completion.
